Asian American Executive Network: 2025 Year-End Review & Vision for 2026

A message for the founder of Asian American Executive Network.

As 2025 ends, I am grateful for the unity, hard work, and dedication that have propelled the Asian American Executive Network forward. Our mission to support and empower Asian American executives and advocates has been made possible by the passion of our volunteers and the strength of our partnerships with advocacy organizations nationwide. This year, we celebrated the launch of our first formal website in twelve years, providing members with new ways to connect, access resources, and stay informed about our events and initiatives. We also expanded our programming, introducing two initiatives to help Asian American college students and recent graduates launch their careers. These programs are developed by young professionals and guided by experienced executives, ensuring mentorship and engagement for the next generation of leaders.

Sincere appreciation goes out to our co-hosts, program coordinators, community sponsors, and resolute volunteers. Their passion and commitment have been instrumental in supporting our community and driving our mission forward.

Looking ahead to 2026, we aim to deepen collaborations, enhance mentorship, and introduce new leadership and advocacy training. By encouraging participation from both seasoned executives and young professionals, we will foster innovation, learning, and a more inclusive community. Thank you for being part of our journey—together, we will continue to build a stronger and better community connected Asian American executive network.
