The Asian American Career Launch program provides a platform for Asian American colleage students and young professionals to launch their career. It also has a multi-tiered mentoring program to support them.

The Asian American Career Launch (AACL) is a new initiative designed to leverage the power and influence of the Asian American Executive Network to support the launch of young Asian American college students and young alumni. We are creating an ecosystem of mentors and mentors at all levels.

AACL provides the opportunity for Asian American Executive Network executives and advocates assist in launching the careers of young professionals and college students. We are engaging young Asian American community leaders and Asian American Student Association organization leaders to serve as coordinators and volunteers. In the process, the young Asian American leaders will develop and enhance their own leadership and coordination skills. AAEN cohosts, coordinators, and members will be invited to join the teams to serve in an advisory role.

It is our intent to create an Asian American ecosystem of mentees, cohorts, and mentors where they thrive while supporting each other. The program is free, but mentees are required to also mentor the next generation.
