Asian American Executive Network (AAEN) is an informal networking group designed to bring Asian American Executives and Advocates together to support each other and the Asian American Communities.
Asian Americans have reached high level of success in the history of America. Yet, there seems to an unreachable plateau for Asian Americans. Corporate Senior Executive C-level and corporate board positions are elusive and often moving targets. Asian American entrepreneurs also often face the same challenges in maximizing their full potential.
