The Asian American Connect is a multi-tiered mentorship ECO system design to leverage the extensive Asian American executive and advocates to cultivate a culturally resonant, sustainable mentoring ecosystem that empowers Asian American professionals at every stage—nurturing leadership, confidence, and community.

The 4-Tier Mentorship Ladders are:

1.       Senior Executives

2.       Mid-management professionals

3.       Individual contributors & performers

4.       College students & Recent Graduates.

The key components of AAC are:

1. Matching Process

• Initial Application: Collect info on goals, skills, stage, and identity.

• Matching Criteria: Career alignment, cultural identity, shared interests, availability.

• Cycle-Based Matching: Biannual matching (Spring/Fall).

2. Mentorship Tracks

• One-on-One Mentorship

• Peer Circles (Group Mentoring)

• Flash Mentoring (Short-Term / Topic-Specific)

• Reverse Mentoring (Students mentoring execs on tech/culture)

3. Support & Engagement

• Mentor/Mentee Toolkits (intro templates, agenda samples, goal-setting sheets)

• Monthly Themes (e.g., “Owning Your Voice”, “Networking with Confidence”)

• Guest Speaker Series (Asian American leaders, panels)

• Community Slack or WhatsApp for informal check-ins

5. Leadership & Oversight

• Volunteer Leadership Teams:
